Giveaway questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no purchase, payment or obligation to enter or to win. The winner gets the Foundation plan for 12 months with no development fee and no monthly charges.
Who can enter?
Business owners and authorized representatives who are at least 18 (and the age of majority where they live), for a business located in the United States, except Rhode Island. New and established businesses are both welcome. One entry per business.
What happens after the 12 months?
Nothing is charged automatically and you are never switched to a paid plan. Before the prize period ends you can keep the site on any plan, buy it out under our buyout terms, or end the service, in which case the website we host is taken offline. You always keep your domain, content, branding and customer data.
Will you email me?
Yes. We will email you about your entry and, if you win, about your prize. Entering also means we may send occasional marketing emails about our services and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing never affects your entry.
How is the winner chosen?
At random on or about November 13, 2026, from every eligible, confirmed entry. Before the drawing we publish a fingerprint of the entry list and the public randomness we will use, so anyone can check the result. The full method is in the official rules.
