Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026. In short: we collect what you send us, use it to respond and to tell you about our services, never sell it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we are
Cornerstone Digital Group LLC ("Cornerstone", "we", "us") is a web design and software studio based in Mulberry, FL. This policy covers cornerstonedigitalgroup.net and the emails we send. Questions: info@cornerstonedigitalgroup.net.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, business or website, the service you're interested in and your message.
- Giveaway entries: your name, business name, business email, optional phone, state, industry, existing website if any, a short description of your business or website needs, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the date you entered and confirmed.
- Where you came from: when you enter a giveaway, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (for example, that you came from Facebook), so we know which channels work.
- Technical and security data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type). For giveaway entries we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent to prevent duplicate and automated entries.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide services you ask for.
- To run giveaways: confirming entries, checking eligibility, drawing and contacting winners, and meeting tax and legal obligations.
- To send marketing emails about website development, custom software, promotions, special offers and other business services, where you've contacted us, entered a giveaway or otherwise agreed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which businesses are interested in our services and which channels bring them to us.
Emails and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any marketing email or by emailing info@cornerstonedigitalgroup.net. Once you unsubscribe, you stay unsubscribed unless you later give us permission again. Unsubscribing never affects a giveaway entry. We may still send you messages you need, such as confirming a giveaway entry or telling you that you won.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and send email, under their own security and privacy terms: our website host (Vercel), our database host (Supabase), our email delivery provider, and Formspree for the contact form. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to the tax authorities when a giveaway prize requires reporting.
How long we keep it
Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; we keep an unsubscribed address only on a suppression list so we never email it again. Giveaway records are kept as long as needed to run the giveaway and meet legal and tax requirements. Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and serve you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@cornerstonedigitalgroup.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor them.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict database access to our own servers, and store giveaway confirmation links only as one-way hashes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services and giveaways are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
