These Official Rules govern the Free Website Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

The Promotion is sponsored by Cornerstone Digital Group LLC, 4313 South Florida Ave. #1184, Lakeland, FL 33813, info@cornerstonedigitalgroup.net ("Sponsor").

Promotion period

The Promotion begins at October 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends at November 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and who are the owner of, or an authorized representative of, a business located in an eligible state. Both established and newly formed businesses are eligible.

Not eligible: owners, members, employees and contractors of Sponsor and anyone involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate family members (spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses) and members of their households. The Promotion is void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter

Visit https://cornerstonedigitalgroup.net/giveaway/free-website-2026 during the Promotion Period, complete the entry form with accurate information, and submit it. You will receive an email with a confirmation link; you must click it within 72 hours for your entry to be valid. Unconfirmed entries are void.

Limit one (1) entry per business and one (1) entry per email address. Additional or duplicate entries, entries submitted through automated means, and entries with false or incomplete information are void. The person who submits the entry must be authorized to accept the prize on behalf of the business.

Email communications

The entry form shows this disclosure before you submit: "By entering this giveaway, you agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You understand that Cornerstone Digital Group may contact you regarding the giveaway and send you occasional marketing emails about our services, promotions, and special offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. No purchase necessary."

Sponsor will send emails needed to administer the Promotion, such as your entry confirmation and, if you are selected, winner notification. Sponsor may also send occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email; unsubscribing will not affect your entry or your eligibility to win.

Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: Sponsor's Foundation website subscription for 12 months at no charge, with no development fee. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,788 ($149 per month for 12 months), plus the domain registration below, for a total ARV of up to $1,813.

The Foundation subscription includes: Custom-built website — up to 6 pages; Fully responsive mobile, tablet, and desktop design; Professional, business-specific design; Managed website hosting; SSL security certificate; Website maintenance and security monitoring; Automated backups; Basic on-page SEO optimization; Contact forms and lead capture; Google Maps integration; Social media links; Up to 30 minutes of content updates per month.

The prize also includes first-year registration of one (1) standard domain name chosen by the winner, up to $25. If the winner already owns a domain, no substitute or cash is provided for this portion. Domain renewals after the first year are the winner's responsibility.

Not included: third-party fees (for example premium domains, paid plugins or integrations, payment processing, email hosting and software subscriptions), features or pages beyond the Foundation package, and anything else not listed above; these may be quoted separately at the winner's option. The winner is responsible for supplying business content (text, logos, photos and information). The prize period begins when the website subscription is activated after the prize is claimed.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Actual value may vary.

When the prize period ends

There is no automatic charge and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Before the 12-month prize period ends, the winner may choose to (a) continue on any Sponsor subscription plan at its then-current price, (b) purchase the website under Sponsor's separately agreed buyout terms, or (c) end the service, in which case the website hosted by Sponsor is taken offline at the end of the prize period.

Consistent with Sponsor's standard subscription terms, the winner owns their domain name, business content, branding and customer data. Sponsor retains ownership of its proprietary website designs, source code, reusable components and development assets.

Winner selection and verification

On or about November 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible, confirmed entries received during the Promotion Period, and will draw alternates the same way.

To make the drawing verifiable, before the drawing Sponsor will publish on the Promotion page a SHA-256 hash of the sorted list of eligible entry identifiers and will announce the future round number of the public drand randomness beacon (drand.love) to be used. The winner and alternates are then chosen from that list using that round's published randomness and the method described on the Promotion page, so anyone can reproduce the result. Sponsor's decisions are final.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner notification and claim

The potential winner will be notified by email (and by phone if a number was provided) within approximately three (3) business days after the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt and complete and return, within the same period, an affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity release.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return the documents on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate will be contacted in order. The winner must begin the website project within 30 days of claiming the prize.

Taxes

The prize may be taxable income to the winner. The total ARV is below the $2,000 federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold that applies to prizes awarded after December 31, 2025, so Sponsor does not expect to issue a Form 1099-MISC; Sponsor will make any tax report the law requires. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's name, business name, city, state and website for promotional purposes, including showing the completed website as a case study, without further compensation.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion is used as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://cornerstonedigitalgroup.net/privacy.

Social media release

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to Meta, and release Meta from any liability in connection with the Promotion. Questions about the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor.

General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses automated means, provides false information, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if it does, may award the prize by random drawing among eligible entries received before the action.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, including confirmation emails filtered as spam, or for technical failures of any kind.

Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
